Dr. Michelle Blas has been my optometrist since 2009 and I love her!! She is an excellent doctor and really goes out of her way to explain things and answer questions. I was so happy when I learned she bought Eyes in Disguise Optometry in the Marina! Her new office is beautiful and her assistant Maryam is so helpful and friendly.

This place is awesome. It’s definitely high-end (like the neighborhood), but you actually get high-end service (unlike a lot of the neighborhood). The doc is warm, efficient, and kind. She methodically takes you through your exam, and you feel safe the whole time (which is tough when someone is staring into your eyes looking for issues).And the service, wow! On the sales side, you are being helped by a retired neuroscientist! For those who can’t imagine how to effectively choose from their wide selection, just put yourself in their hands.I tried on 8-9 pairs and felt like I had exactly the one I wanted. Somehow he knew the optimum search path through all the frames and reduced it to a simple binary search tree that made quick work of it. He even helped me find a pair keep my price point in mind as I tried on the Tom Fords, zero up-sell here. Highly recommend.

Eyes in Disguise is a fantastic Optometrist facility with great customer service in a beautiful and well-equipped setting.All of the staff/team is very friendly, honest and knowledge. They also offer a great selection of frames and they always work with the customer and his/her insurance to get the best possible deal.Everything you need is under one roof!

Great office to get your eyes checked! Dr. Blas is extremely thorough; she helped me diagnose & manage a lingering eye condition that has bugged me for years. Loved that they followed every COVID precaution to ensure a safe eye examination at my visit. They have an excellent frame selection & expert staff that helped me navigate my insurance benefits and guide me through my contact lens fitting.

Had a wonderful experience at Eyes in Disguise! Dr. Blas and the front desk receptionist were both extremely friendly and welcoming. The office is very nice, clean and modern and in a great location on Union Street. The exam was very thorough and I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for an eye exam! They take VSP and made it very easy to process insurance. I will definitely be back for my annual eye exam!

High quality glasses and exceptional service. Friendly staff performed minor (but critical!) eyeglass repairs - on the spot! - for me twice this month. I will definitely support this small business in the future!
